I warn you, this has some MAJOR spoilers to the first two episodes of Legend of Korra. If you wish to wait until April 14th don't read it. If you haven't watched Avatar: The Last Airbender (Not to be confused with The Last Airbender.) What is wrong with you!? GET ON IT!  :/

So now watch me fangirl. I took Notes Last night

-Tenzin (son of Aang) gives the narration and shows the previous Avatars (Kyoshi, Roku, And Aang. It's the same and gives and explination of Republic City.

- Korra and her parents already know that she is the Avatar. She is already pretty talanted.

- Katara makes an appearance and is part of the White Lotus orginization (The same group in the second and third seasons of Avatar the Last Airbender.)

-Aang and Katara had three children: Kaya, Bumi and Tenzin. Tenzin has three kids which remind me a LOT of Aang. (ADHD runs in that family)

-Polarbear dog=Awesome. No idea if animals are as important like in the first series but I hope they are. Alot of it  has more modern day items (I.E. electricity, automobiles and more airships <airplanes>)

- You see alot more political things going on. Especially anti-bender protests.  Something marked down as Occupy Republic City!

-Metal Bender Cops. Toph's doing and her daughter is cheif! Which reminds me TOPH stayed with her maiden name. No idea if she ever got married, as her parents were of a  noble class that she would still keep it OR she is just a badass like that.

- Pro Bending is pretty awesome and very complex from what I saw. When I say complelx I mean that where you had Earthbending matches (Earthbenders) and Agni Kai (Firebenders) You have both of these with a Waterbender (not  many airbenders yet save for Korra and Aang's decendents.)

-SHIPS ARE SAILING! Makorra (MakoxKorra) and Kolin (BolinxKorra). I'm trying to call them team names. Team Steam is  MakoxKorra. And is my favorite ship so far. Mako reminds me a bit of Zuko and Bolin reminds me of Sokka..

-Tenzin.. I do like him. You see glimpses of how serious Airbenders are in the first series but where Tenzin DOES have his moments where he lets his playful and free spirited side show but mainly he is very serious. Also very patient. VERY patient. You have to be with having kids like him and his wife do.

-Korra is a BADASS but you also see that she is not perfect. Where Aang had trouble with earthbending, Korra had difficulties in airbending. Also Aang was more peaceful (raised with Monks) Where Korra from the start seemed like an action first, think later type of person.  Still she is very likeable

-Bolin and Mako are two opposites. Which isn't really suprising since both of them are two totally different benders. Where Bolin is an earthbender Mako is a firebender.  Bolin is more friendly and is pretty warm to Korra when they first meet. Mako is more reserved. I can't wait to see thier characters develop.  

As for the design and music.

-Character designs have changed some.  It's more angular than rounder. Even some of the little ones were a bit more angular. There is roundness where it counts though.

- Music! Music has always been important to me and the Track team did  not fail me. As the artwork has become more mature so has the score. Some of it is playful but alot of it is rather pretty.

-Mike and Bryan are at it again. TROLLS FOR LIFE.  I loved it though
